When the police kicked down his door to collect Fredrick's HSK test, the poor student was barely halfway through the exam. As the armed invigilators charged into the room, Fredrick barely had time to blink before his HB pencil was wrested out of his grasp and he was physically pulled backwards out of his chair and forced to the ground. Note: you won't really be assaulted by the Chinese police if you fail to complete the HSK test on time. But if you're serious about taking the exam, pay attention to your timing. You have an average of 45 seconds to answer every question on the exam. This is not a lot of time, especially when you take into account the lengthier reading passages. In contrast, you should be able to answer these multiple choice questions much faster.
